The ESMF Joint Executive and Advisory Board Meeting will take place September 26th andthe morning of September 27th, 2002. We will meet in the Walter Orr Roberts Room in the Fleischmann Building on the Mesa Laboratory campus. The Fleishmann Building is the small building located next to the Mesa Laboratory parking lot.
The meeting will begin at 8:30am each day. Coffee, tea and a light breakfast will be availabl at 8:00am.
A reception is planned for 5:30pm on September 26th in the Mesa Laboratory Damon Room.
Accommodations will be at the Millennium Hotel in Boulder, at 1345 28th St. A block of rooms has been reserved for the meeting. To complete your reservation, please call the Millennium Hotel at (800) 545-6285 with credit card information, and request the ESMF room block. The block rate is $89/night.
